ITIL® 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil
The ITIL 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil module covers five ITIL 4 management practices: incident management, service desk, service request management, monitoring and event management, and problem management. Participants learn to apply these practices at both strategic and operational levels and to establish good cross-practice collaboration and effective service value streams. The course prepares for the certification exam, a 90-minute examination of 60 multiple-choice questions with a pass score of 65% (39 out of 60).
