Do lecturers have to prepare new materials?
No. Erudis works with what lecturers already have: recordings, presentations and documents. Lecturers review and approve the generated microlessons before they are published.
How does Erudis connect to university systems?
Students sign in with their university account (SSO). Erudis integrates with Moodle and USOS, so class groups and results do not have to be transferred manually.
Where is student data processed?
The university remains the data controller, and CloudTeam acts as the data processor under a data processing agreement. The agreement sets out where and how the data is processed.
How long does the rollout take?
One semester: from the pre-implementation analysis, through configuration and integrations, to training the e-learning centre and launching the first courses.
