How Erudis works. The courses, figures and progress shown in this demo are illustrative.
Lecture recordings, presentations and course syllabuses become a course with microlessons, flashcards and questions. Lecturers don't create content from scratch, and the material remains the property of the university and the lecturer.
A few minutes a day throughout the semester. Flashcards come back in line with the forgetting curve, wrong answers come back with an explanation, and AI Mentor talks with students about the lesson in front of them.
Erudis reads the course syllabus and shows which learning outcomes the course teaches and which it assesses. Gaps in the material show up before a teaching review, not after it.
Lecturers and the dean's office see who studies regularly, who has stopped and where the whole group gets stuck. Each dean's office sees only its own unit.
The lecturer remains the author of the course: Erudis prepares the first version, and a person makes the decisions.

Erudis works as a standalone platform or as an LTI 1.3 tool inside the Moodle your university already uses, and the two can run side by side. Proctored exams and digital credentials are handled by Examena and Credentium.
Erudis is used at public and private universities in Poland. CloudTeam runs the implementation, from analysis to support.
We start with a pre-implementation analysis. Then we configure the platform, sign-in with university accounts and integrations with the university's systems.
We train the team that supports lecturers day to day, so that new courses can be created without us.
Technical support and updates. The university remains the data controller, and CloudTeam processes the data under a data processing agreement.
