Programme design and operation
Together with the partner, we set the goals and KPIs, learning paths, schedule and programme brand. We then run the programme from recruitment to the final report, in Poland or in several countries at once.
CloudTeam runs large-scale skilling programmes for technology vendors that want to train and certify tens of thousands of people in a few months under a single programme brand, in one country or globally. We recruit participants, run the sessions, measure results and issue credentials. The whole programme runs on our own platform, the same platform AI Heroes was built on.
Let’s talkTogether with the partner, we set the goals and KPIs, learning paths, schedule and programme brand. We then run the programme from recruitment to the final report, in Poland or in several countries at once.
We reach participants through the IT distributor networks that work with CloudTeam, including APN Promise and ACTION, and through programme partners. We handle the recruitment campaign, communications and reminders.
We split the programme into paths for different audiences, for example AI fundamentals for everyone, AI agents for business, and paths for students and for the public sector. Sessions are led by authorised trainers and built on real work scenarios.
Credentium issues credentials to the EDC standard with a qualified electronic seal, compliant with eIDAS and ready for Europass and LinkedIn. Participants who complete a path receive their certificate automatically, without waiting for the organiser. A Microsoft Learn badge can be added as a second reward.
A programme dashboard with dozens of live metrics, broken down by path: registrations, active participants, minutes watched, quiz pass rates, completions, and certificates issued and claimed. The company report counts the organisations the programme has actually reached. The public statistics page can be sent to the sponsor as it is.
A price per certified person, or billing in phases tied to KPIs. Phase reports form the basis for invoicing.
CloudTeam runs large-scale programmes on its own platform. The platform was built for AI Heroes and supported both of its editions, and it can launch the next programme under a different logo without any code changes. It is not a separate product on our price list: it is what this solution runs on.
Participants enter their email address, receive a code and they are in. Creating an account takes a minute, and if the programme is limited to selected companies, participants find out straight away on the registration page.
The presenter works in Microsoft Teams, while participants watch in the portal: no Teams account and no app to install, even on a company laptop that blocks software installation. A chat and moderated Q&A with voting run alongside the video.
Every session is available as a recording with automatic captions. The player resumes where the participant left off, and watching the replay completes the session just as attending live does.
A short quiz after each session unlocks once the participant has watched the required part of the material, and its questions are drawn at random from a pool. Participants earn points for learning, move through six levels and see a fair comparison with other active participants.
The organiser builds paths and adds session dates, and the Teams meetings are created automatically. The same panel handles completion rules for each session, materials, quizzes, chat and Q&A moderation, and certificates issued through Credentium without manual exports.
Confirmations, reminders and certificate notifications go out automatically. Campaigns target groups such as “started the path but did not finish” and show each participant’s actual progress in the email.
Your programme name and logo, partner logos and your own sender domain. The participant portal and messages are available in the 24 official languages of the European Union, on phones and laptops.
The platform runs on Microsoft Azure in European regions only, with sign-in through Microsoft Entra and data protected in line with the GDPR. It is designed for hundreds of concurrent participants and is updated with no downtime.
Goals, KPIs, paths, schedule and programme brand. We set up a partner-branded portal and a recruitment plan.
A recruitment campaign across the partner network, registration in the portal and the first live sessions.
A series of sessions following the calendar, recordings and quizzes, and reminders for participants who have stopped signing in.
Final exams, Credentium credentials for participants and a final report with results for the partner.
