AI skills programme for organisations
CloudTeam’s AI skills programme takes employees from “I know Copilot exists” to using AI every day in their role, and gives the management board a before-and-after report and verifiable credentials. One partner handles everything – skills assessment, workshops, learning between sessions and credentials – on its own platforms and with authorised Microsoft and AWS trainers.

Role-based paths
We form groups around functional teams, not job titles on the org chart. Every path shares a common core of skills and adds modules tailored to that team’s work.
Trainer-led workshops
Four-hour workshops for groups of 10 to 14 people, held at your offices, in a rented venue or online. Participants work on real scenarios from your organisation, not textbook examples.
Learning between sessions
Workshop materials are published on a client-branded Erudis portal as microlessons with quizzes. AI Mentor schedules regular reviews so the knowledge does not fade after a week.
Credentials
After each level, participants receive a Credentium micro-credential that complies with the EDC and eIDAS standards and can be added to Europass and LinkedIn. It gives the compliance team a permanent record.
Follow-up assessment and report
A repeat skills assessment and a report for L&D and the management board: the starting point, skills growth and areas for further work.
Role-based paths
Leaders and data work
Copilot in Excel, Power BI, Teams and Outlook: data analysis, reporting, management presentations, and keeping communication and priorities in order.
Marketing and content
Creating and editing content, presentations, working with campaign materials, and consistent brand communication with less effort.
Sales and field teams
Meeting preparation, visit summaries, email and messaging, matched to the licence each person holds and to working on the move.
HR and process automation
Copilot Studio and Power Automate in HR processes: custom agents, automation of repetitive tasks and working with the company knowledge base.
Product and development teams
Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in the work of analysts, product owners and developers: from user stories and documentation to custom agents and integrations with Jira and Confluence.
Security and compliance
The AI Act, NIS2, DORA and working safely with data in AI tools, taught by trainers who combine legal expertise with hands-on IT experience.
How the platforms support the programme
Examena measures
Examena runs the skills assessment before and after the programme, using tasks close to everyday work. That data feeds the report for the management board.
Erudis reinforces
Erudis turns every workshop into microlessons with quizzes on a client-branded portal. Participants come back to the material in short sessions, and AI Mentor reminds them when it is time to review.
Credentium certifies
Credentium issues credentials at three levels: Explorer, Practitioner and specialisation endorsements. Each credential can be verified with a QR code and complies with the European Digital Credentials (EDC) standard.

The workshops are led by trainers who implement the tools they teach as part of their day-to-day work.
Authorised Microsoft and AWS trainers
Experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot trainers. CloudTeam has been an authorised Microsoft training centre since 2004 and was the first authorised AWS training centre in Poland.

Specialists who hold the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award in Data & AI and lead the workshops on Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

The trainer comes to your office. Participants have no travel costs, and two groups can easily be run on the same day.

The most scalable option with the shortest lead time. Live, hands-on work, with exercises on participants’ own laptops.
Session booking system
With hundreds of participants, group coordinators schedule the workshops themselves in a booking system we provide.

Frequently asked questions
Does the programme require a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence for every participant?
We tailor the paths to the licences you already have. Some modules work with Copilot Chat, which is available in Microsoft 365 licences, while others need a full Copilot or Copilot Studio licence.
Can participation be voluntary?
Yes. The programme runs in cohorts that employees sign up for themselves, with no link to performance reviews. The report shows how the group’s skills have grown and does not assess individuals.
How long does one cohort take?
Usually two to three months from the baseline assessment to the report, depending on the number of groups. We plan further cohorts around your organisation’s budget and calendar.
Can the programme cover tools other than Microsoft’s?
Yes. The path for product teams uses Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, and the modules on the AI Act and security are vendor-neutral.
