AI in Recruitment
The course introduces the role of artificial intelligence in modern hiring practices, from AI fundamentals and emerging trends, through candidate sourcing and selection, to candidate communication and evaluation. In hands-on exercises participants work with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Loxo AI, ChatGPT, Canva, Jasper, HireVue and myInterview. The course also covers ethical considerations, bias mitigation and GDPR compliance, as well as designing an end-to-end AI-powered recruitment process. Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance issued by Semos Education upon successful completion.
