Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
This course covers the essential concepts of agile product management based on the Scrum framework, together with the tools and techniques needed to perform the Product Owner role effectively. It addresses Product Backlog management and prioritization, roadmap development, release planning and estimation, as well as communication with the team and stakeholders. After full participation, attendees receive the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance, with no exam required. The training includes 16 PDUs (PMI), 16 SEUs (Scrum Alliance) and a two-year Scrum Alliance membership.
