SAFe® 6.0 Lean Portfolio Management
The course provides the practical tools and techniques necessary to implement the Lean Portfolio Management functions of Strategy and Investment Funding, Agile Portfolio Operations and Lean Governance. Participants capture the current and future state of their portfolio with the Portfolio Canvas, identify key business initiatives, establish portfolio flow with the Portfolio Kanban and prioritize initiatives for maximum economic benefit. The course also covers Value Stream Budgets, Lean Budget Guardrails and measuring Lean portfolio performance, and prepares for the SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager certification exam.
