Agile Certified Practitioner Preparation Training
The training prepares for the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification exam and covers the domains required by the PMI certification program: Mindset, Leadership, Product and Delivery. It blends instructor-led sessions with group and individual exercises based on project case studies, with practice tests at the end of each domain. Participants receive 28 PDUs/contact hours, and the training is also a preparation for the Scrum.org PSM I and PSPO exams.
