AI Heroes Poland completed: 32,485 people trained

The nationwide AI Heroes Poland program, implemented jointly by Microsoft and CloudTeam, has concluded, training a total of 32,485 people in the practical use of AI.

AI Heroes Poland

AI Heroes Poland is a nationwide, free AI skills development program run jointly by Microsoft and CloudTeam. It was designed as a series of online training courses showing the application of AI in everyday work, with the aim of quickly training a large number of people in a short period of time (2 months).

Two editions and a wide audience

The program was held in two editions: in May and June 2025. It was addressed broadly, regardless of industry, to technical people (including IT), non-technical people from business who want to use AI in practice, and people involved in administration and the public sector, for whom a separate path was prepared.

The idea was to tailor the program to both participants with some basic knowledge and those just starting out, so that learning could be adapted to the time available.

100% online format and practical learning

AI Heroes Poland was a fully remote program focused on practical sessions, without “theorizing.” An important element was providing access to replays and on-demand materials on the platform. Erudis, which helped people with busy schedules.

Thematic paths of the program

  • AI basics
  • Azure AI
  • Copilot
  • Cybersecurity
  • AI for the public sector

The “Basics of AI” track included topics such as generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and ethical considerations. “Azure AI” covered the context of AI implementation in the cloud and references to tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Erudis as an actively used tool by participants

During the program, participants used our platform Erudis. Erudis provided access to materials and microlearning supported by AI Mentor, which helps tailor the pace, scope, and repetition to the learner.

Confirmation of completion and gamification elements

After completing the course, participants received a badge on the Microsoft Learn platform as confirmation of their acquired knowledge. In addition, the program included gamification elements and an “AI Hero of the Month” competition for the most active participants, with prizes in the form of gadgets (mugs, sweatshirts, T-shirts).

Program scale

A total of 32,485 people were trained as part of AI Heroes Poland.
