Following the success of the first edition of the programme, which trained 32,485 people, CloudTeam is launching AI Heroes 2026 — a nationwide, free AI training programme run in collaboration with Microsoft Poland. This year’s edition includes four certification tracks, 38 live sessions and European digital certificates issued via the Credentium system, in line with the European Digital Credentials for Learning standard.
On 30 April 2026, registration opens for the second edition of AI Heroes — a free, nationwide training programme dedicated to the practical application of artificial intelligence. The programme was created by CloudTeam in collaboration with Microsoft Poland and is delivered entirely online, in Polish and free of charge to participants.
For this year’s edition, the organisers have set themselves an ambitious goal: to attract at least 50,000 participants and issue a minimum of 20,000 European digital certificates confirming the skills acquired. The programme aims to reach a wide range of participants from across Poland — from school pupils, through to university students, teachers, specialists, managers, entrepreneurs, and those working in public administration.

The first edition of AI
Heroes
, held in 2025, attracted 32,485 participants. The programme was very well received by the market, thanks in part to its practical format, accessibility and modular structure, which allowed participants to tailor the scope of their learning to their own needs.
In 2026, AI Heroes is expanding this format. Participants can choose one or several tracks, take part in live sessions, revisit recordings available on the programme’s portal, complete quizzes to test their knowledge, and obtain digital certification of the skills they have acquired.

Four certification pathways — for different groups and skill levels
AI Heroes 2026 comprises four complementary certification pathways. Each has been designed with a different use case for AI in mind — from day-to-day office work, through education and the public sector, to building AI agents within organisations.
AI Proficiency
A pathway for those who want to understand the basics
of
generative
AI
and learn how to apply it in their daily work. It covers, amongst other things, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, the responsible and safe use of AI, searching for and creating content with the help of AI, and building your own agent in Copilot Studio without coding.
The path to a next-generation organisation: AI agents
A track for leaders, entrepreneurs, product owners, IT architects and development teams. Topics include the Frontier Firm concept, building agents in Copilot Studio, and the use of pre-built Microsoft agents, Azure AI Foundry and GitHub Copilot in development teams.
AI for pupils and students
A track aimed at secondary school pupils, students of all disciplines, and teachers. The programme demonstrates how to use AI in learning, research, fact-checking and building initial prototypes — with a strong emphasis on critical thinking and the responsible use of technology.
AI in the public sector
A track for central and local government administration, senior management, and IT teams in the public sector. It covers the practical use of AI in public services, working with documents, designing chatbots and AI assistants for citizens, as well as security issues, the GDPR and the AI Act.
Practice over theory
AI Heroes 2026 is not a traditional product-focused course. Each session is based on a real-world use case and guides participants through a specific task or problem that may arise in their work, studies or organisational activities.
The standard participation model is simple: a live session, access to a recording, and a knowledge quiz. Participants can join sessions without installing any additional software — directly via the dedicated AI Heroes portal. The portal handles registration, participation in meetings, access to materials and recordings, quizzes, and the certification process. The whole system runs on infrastructure hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform.
European digital certificates in the EDC standard
One of the most important elements of AI Heroes 2026 is the system for validating acquired skills. Participants who meet the programme requirements and pass the quizzes will receive digital certificates issued by Credentium — CloudTeam’s platform for managing European digital credentials.
AI Heroes certificates comply with the European Digital Credentials for Learning (EDC) standard, developed within the European Europass ecosystem. They will bear a qualified eIDAS seal, which enhances their credibility and allows for technical verification of the document’s authenticity. Participants will be able to store their credentials in the Credentium Wallet app and use them as digital proof of the skills they have acquired.

AI Heroes 2026 sessions are led by experienced Microsoft technology experts holding Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) titles. Together, they have over 75 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem.

AI Heroes 2026 has been designed to minimise the barrier to entry. Participation in the programme is free, requires no prior experience with AI, and takes place entirely online. All sessions are conducted in Polish, and recordings will be available on the programme portal after the live sessions have ended.
